“Martha and Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party” Snags Emmy Nomination

It’s official. The “King of Kush” Snoop Dogg and “Queen of Cuisine” Martha Stewart are now both Emmy nominees.

The pair, who recently wrapped up the first season of VH1’s Martha and Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party (in which they each bring their special flavor and guests to the table), will battle Alec Baldwin (Matchgame), RuPaul Charles (RuPaul’s Drag Race), Gordon Ramsay (MasterChef Junior) Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn (Project Runway), and W. Kamau Bell (United Shades of America) for the Emmy for Outstanding Host for a Reality or Reality-Competition Program. Be sure to tune in on September 17 to see how it plays out; fingers crossed!

MERRY JANE would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate Snoop and Martha on their nomination. We're very proud to have been a part of the amazing experience of producing this show.

Below are some of our favorite moments from Season 1. Just wait until you see what Season 2 has in store…
